At The Beauty Essentials, we care about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Below are the two main situations in which we accept returns or exchanges:
🛠 Case 1: Received a Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Order
If your order arrives damaged, broken, wrong, or with missing items, here’s what you need to do:
1. Contact Us Within 5 Days
Let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns reported after this period.
2. Share Your Order Invoice
Please send us a photo of the invoice that came inside your package. It helps us verify your order. In some cases, we may also ask for a photo of the product.
3. We’ll Arrange a Pickup
Once we verify your case (within 48 hours), we’ll arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.
4. Return Items in Original Condition
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, seals, manuals, and accessories. If the returned item is damaged or used, we may not accept it.
5. Free Pickup & Redelivery
If your return is approved, The Beauty Essentials will cover the pickup and redelivery charges.
🔄 Case 2: Want to Exchange for a Different Product
If you ordered the wrong shade, variant, or type and need to exchange:
1. Reach Out Within 5 Days
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
2. Share Your Order Invoice
Send us a photo of your invoice for verification.
3. Pickup Will Be Arranged
We’ll verify and arrange a pickup from your location within 48 hours.
4. Keep Product Unused & Intact
Returned items must be unused, with all original packaging and extras. We reserve the right to decline the return if the product isn’t in proper condition.
5. Rs. 250 Delivery Charges Apply
Once approved, we’ll send your replacement and charge a flat Rs. 250 to cover both pickup and delivery.
6. Prefer a Refund?
We offer store credit equal to your order value instead of cash refunds. You can use it anytime on future purchases.
💸 In Case of Out-of-Stock Items
If you’ve paid for an item that is out of stock, we’ll issue a monetary refund. Our support team will request your bank details, and you’ll receive your refund within 48 hours.
